I've had 2 days back to back that seem neverending. In fact, they just seem to have blended into each other to make one really, really, really loooooong day.
The baby is finally in bed and the girls are headed there soon.*sighs*
I'm drained.
This is what we did today:

There's a very faint blue foorprint where Dmitri walked on the blue and then ran across the rest of it. I'll have to get a close-up of that.
Still have to put the stars on to. I'm not guaranteeing 50 of them though.Just like there's not 13 stripes.
So we took artistic liberties. It's a free country.
If I had more red construction paper ,we would have done
this flag project instead. It would have been less messy, that's for sure.
Not that I care, really. My kids are washable.
by the way...it's Flag Day. Just in case you didn't know. But don't worry if you didn't know because a lot of people didn't know.People walked by us and were like,"Getting ready for the 4th?" Nope, it's Flag Day.
"There's such a thing as Flag Day?"
um...yeah.
Just like lots of Americans don't know the words to the Star Spangled Banner. That's just crazy. I like the idea of
The National Anthem Project.
There was supposed to be more to this entry but hell if I know what it was. I have girls to put to bed and sewing to be done....
